However, should the owners wish to arrange additional insurance coverage, our team can assist with the process and help coordinate the necessary arrangements with trusted insurance providers. We coordinate quarantine arrangements at both origin and destination, ensuring that all necessary procedures and requirements are carefully managed throughout the journey. At the destination, we work with trusted agents selected by our team or, where preferred, with agents nominated by the client. This flexible approach allows us to ensure a smooth and well-coordinated quarantine process, while adapting to the specific requirements of each horse and destination.

Send a request through the contact form with your horse's details and the intended route. We assess feasibility and send you a quote. The booking is only confirmed once we send written confirmation with the agreed date, route, and price.

A health certificate from a licensed veterinarian, up-to-date vaccination records, the horse's identification document (passport/microchip), and, depending on the destination, customs paperwork or CITES documentation. Making sure everything is in order is the client's responsibility.

We follow IATA Live Animals Regulations and work with experienced carriers and handling teams, but air transport of live animals carries inherent risks that cannot be fully eliminated. We strongly recommend arranging transport/mortality insurance for the animal.

Yes, but charges may apply depending on how close to the transport date the change is requested and any costs already committed to airlines or handling teams. Exact terms are confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
